Had a chance to stop in and visit with Dennis and his crew at Liquid Trends NorthBay. Great shop dedicated to the needs of all marine enthusiasts. While I was there they had 3 installations happening simultaneously and another boat being detailed. These guys are busy and definitely burn the midnight oil. "Our customers bring us their boat on a Thursday and want to be out on the water Friday afternoon. That means we have zero time to waste," says Dennis, the owner Liquid Trends NorthBay.

Exile SPL arrives in Hong Kong

The new BIG18 woofers arrived on the local scene this week in Hong Kong. Pro shop owners pose with this monster woofer and have begun building demo vehicles to show off the capability of the woofer. The Throttle Box™ controller can be remotely mounted in a number of handy locations.

ISD Monitoring: Built in backlit display that shows the end user what is happening inside the amplifier. The ISD circuit is constantly monitoring the Throttle Box™, Signal, power output and protection conditions of the amplifier.

Ice Cooling: High density aluminum fins within the vented die cast end caps are engineered to work in sync to keep the amplifier running cool and impossible to overheat.

Easy Click Crossover: All crossover frequency potentiometers have 41 detents or "clicks" so the end user can set the exact crossover frequency desired.

XM7- TOWER SPEAKERS HIT THE WATER

Nice to see the XM7's laying the smack down on high performance
boats. This set up went onto a 2009 Malibu VLX sporting double 7's on
the illusion XS tower. Pretty nice how they bolt right into XS tower
system and still retain the ability to swivel front to back and not
bump into each other. That's an industry first my friends!

Exile Banshee takes 1st place at Dune Fest

Congratulations to the guys at Sounds Unlimited on the 1st place trophy at 2009 Dune Fest Winchester. This custom Banshee competed in the full custom 2 stroke class and won hands down. "He called me right after he won the trophy and said the judges couldn't believe the overall attention to detail and originality of the stereo installation," said Rick Vanway owner of Sounds Unlimited.

BiG18's HAMMER LOUD 157.2DB Ex

Yes its official, the BIG18 has made its way to the streets. Tonight we received this real world report from Greg at Audio Connections; Salinas California. He is pretty damn satisfied with 157.2db in his customers '00  4door Blazer. The owner is headed for a local competition event on Sunday. We'll let you know how he does. Something tells me he's a shoe in for first place in the "No Wall Category."
